TERMS OF SERVICE

Once an order is confirmed with Rahman Artistry, this will acknowledge that your order has been received. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. This term and condition has been included to protect us in instances where your order cannot be fulfilled. For example, when we are no longer able to supply a particular product for any reason, if there is a mistake in the pricing etc.

We will always contact you to notify you of any changes in prices. If the item you ordered has sold out or isn't available we will offer you a full refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to temporarily remove any item for sale from our website, and also to completely discontinue any item.

Please note due to different computers displaying different colours, the actual colour of an item may vary slightly.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us immediately. Orders are processed on a daily basis, if they have reached the printing stage any orders made will be non-refundable.

MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER

Once an order is placed it is sent for printing immediately, hence we are unable to make ANY changes to the order once this is confirmed. Our machines will print exactly what is written, therefore we advise you to thoroughly check any spellings or personalised requirements are correct prior to placing the order. A charge of £7 will incur should the customer decide to change any part of the order.

For any custom orders that require designing, we will show templates to the customer prior to printing the order. We are more than happy to make any amendments and templates for tailored orders. Once the template is confirmed we cannot make ANY changes and this will be sent for printing immediately.

During busy periods we may not be able to fulfil any custom orders, we therefore advise that you contact us after this busy period on the date advised by us.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information (including your name and address) you upload to the Site, is correct and accurate. Ensure that you check all information before making a purchase

SHIPMENT

Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided as we are not liable for any loss of money, due to postage, if an incorrect address has been provided to us. 

Postal delays can sometimes occur and can be unforeseen. Once an item has left our warehouse, we accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within our estimated timescales.

UPON RECEIVING YOUR GOODS

Once you receive your item from us, it is essential that you check you are happy with the item. Should there be any concerns at all please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
