Shipping policy

SHIPPING METHOD 

We ship majority of our items via Royal Mail standard delivery.  Royal Mail aim to deliver your order 7 - 10 working days from the date of the order (this excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the delivery times of Royal Mail and we must allow a reasonable amount of time for the parcel to reach you. If it’s been more than 10 days since your order left our warehouse, please get in touch and we’ll contact Royal Mail on your behalf.

For larger orders weighing over 2kg, we use a specialist courier service. Please leave your mobile number at the checkout page to enable you to receive any courier updates.

Please ensure that someone is present at the address to accept the delivery, as you will need someone to sign for your parcel. If you’re not at home, the driver will leave a calling card (as well as an email/text message) which will direct you to their website to re-arrange delivery, including a selection of alternative options such as leaving with a neighbour or in a safe place.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are able to ship most of our products internationally, however there are some restrictions to certain products for which we cannot send out internationally. Please see product information to see which ones are not suitable for international shipping.

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed for service and can take anywhere between 2 - 3 weeks from date of order. You will be provided with a tracking number for your parcel and you can track your parcel here.
