REFUND/EXCHANGES
Once a personalised item has been ordered it is tailor made for you, therefore, we DO NOT offer any refunds or exchanges.
Should there be any damages to the item (i.e. during transit or the item arrives damaged) you will need to email us (rahmanartistrygifts@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving the item along with photographic evidence. We cannot be held liable for any accidental/ wear and tear damage.
